Our Services

Single Line Diagram Preparation

The one line diagram is the blueprint for electrical systems. It is the first step in preparing an analytical response plan, allowing you to become thoroughly confidential with the electrical distribution system layout and design in your plant.

Infra-Red Thermography

Infrared Thermography is a non-destructive, predictive maintenance tool which is capable of detecting anomalies, based on the load conditions of the equipment creating a "snap-shot-in-time" of your equipment's thermal image.

The goal of infrared (thermal) inspection is to survey the designated electrical equipment to pinpoint defective components and elevated temperatures in your power system.

Load Flow Study

Used to determine how your electrical system will operate in normal and emergency conditions, and to check for the application of power factor correction capacitors.

Short-circuit Study

Performed to determine if the interrupting capacities of the power system components are adequate enough to protect your power system. The National Electrical Code® requires that all short circuit interrupting devices have ratings sufficient for the current which must be interrupted. A severe fault (short circuit) can have catastrophic consequences on your electrical system.

Relay Co-ordination Study

Performed to ensure that the system protective devices will quickly isolate a fault and minimize the disturbance on your electrical system. A Protective Device Coordination Study will show us the probable and possible values of fault currents within your system and show you the impact short circuits and failures would have on your fuses, circuit breakers, and your facility's operation.

Arc Flash Risk Assessment

Performed to determine the available arc fault currents and arc flash hazards, and also to ensure that your workers are using the proper personal protection equipment (PPE) and safety equipment. Arc flash hazard exists whenever personnel are servicing electrical equipment in the energized state. NFPA 70E, NEC-2021, IEEE-1584, OSHA-1910 regulations clearly state that a STUDY MUST BE PERFORMED by a professional in order to determine these values.

Power Quality Analysis

Used to determine how your electrical system will operate in normal and emergency conditions, and to check for the application of power factor correction capacitors.

Electrical Safety Audit

Electrical Safety Audit is a methodical way to deal with assess potential dangers and to prescribe proposals for development. ESA is a vital device for recognizing decay of principles, territories of dangers or weakness, risks and potential mishaps in an Office, Facility or Plant for deciding essential activity to limit perils and for guaranteeing that the entire security exertion is viable and significant.

Energy Audit

Energy audit is considered as procedural inspection, evaluation, analysis of energy consumed by the equipment, process or a system. Energy audit includes the data collection of all load parameters from source to load and will perform an analysis on energy usage, sizing, installation & design and recommends the possible ways to reduce the input supplied by the source i.e. identifies the location or equipment where energy is not utilized completely for output. Energy audit shall be conducted in regular intervals for good energy management system.
